Patty Mann Jolley, 83, of Waco, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2009 at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 4, at Bosqueville Cemetery with the Rev. Brad Herridge, pastor of Bosqueville Baptist Church, officiating.

There will be no set visitation time, but friends are invited to come by OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd., between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Tuesday to sign the Guestbook.

Patty was born in Waco, October 24, 1925 to Walter Maynard and Rubye Mann of Waco. She graduated from Waco High School in 1943. She married R.W. Jolley, who preceded her in death. Patty also had a twin brother, Bill Mann, who preceded her in death.

She worked at American Amicable Life Insurance Co. for 38 years and enjoyed working part-time at Baylor University during her retirement years. Patty was a beautiful and loving spirit who will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her daughter, Karen Jolley Wash of Waco; stepdaughter, Paula Jolley of Arlington; nephew, Leslie Mann and wife, Sherry, also of Waco; sister-in-law, Margaret Mann of LaGrange, as well as several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews, and a host of life-long friends.

Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Lindsey, Leslie Mann, Bill Mann Jr., Jerome Merenda, Rick Miller, Tim Riley, and Paul Wash.

The family wishes to thank the wonderful staff of the 8th floor of Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center, including the nurses, nursing assistants, and housekeeping, for their compassionate and excellent care during the past month.
