Raynaldo "Randy" Tovar

Raynaldo Tovar, 58, of Waco, Texas passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 in Waco.

Visitation will be from 5-7:00pm, with the Rosary recited at 6:00pm on Sunday, February 18th at OakCrest Funeral Home in the chapel.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00am on Monday, February 19th at St. Francis on the Brazos Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.

Raynaldo Joe Tovar was born in Waco, Texas to Bill and Janie Tovar on June 2 1966. He went to school and graduated from University High School in Waco. Randy followed in his fathers footsteps working for himself in the automotive and body shop field. He had a big heart, was always on the go, and would help others in any way he could. Randy loved to lift people’s spirits and make people laugh. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. To know him was to love him.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Janie Tovar.

Raynaldo is survived by his son, Randy Tovar and wife, Sabrina; daughter, Chelsea Tovar; the mother of his children, Michelle Jimenez; his life-long partner, Anna Mercado Tovar; two grandchildren, Alessandro Martinez and Sianna Tovar; brother, Jesse Tovar; nephew, Adam Tovar; and niece, Mia Tovar.
