Rev. Ron L. Cain of Waco, went to be with the Lord Friday, September 25, 2015.Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at Waco Memorial Park with Rev. Curtis Holland officiating. Visitation will be Monday, from 6 to 8 p.m. at OakCrest Funeral Home.

Ronald was born October 15, 1945, in Waco. He married Diana Jean Bearden on September 3, 1971 in Waco. Ronald served in the U.S. Air Force from 1965 to 1971. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Ron had worked as a Pressman for Central Texas Printing for many years.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathryn Cain; his father, Robert E. Cain; and his wife, Diana Jean Bearden Cain.

Survivors include his son, Robby Cain and his wife, Darcy, of Arthur, Illinois; sister, Jenice Long and her husband, Crawford, of Waco; a special sister-in-law, Leann Johnston Williford and husband Ronnie of Peoria, Texas; grandchildren Lilly and Carson Daily; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

The family wishes to express their deep gratitude to all of the staff, nurses, and aides at Quality Care who provided such wonderful, loving care to Ronald. We also want to thank the nurses and staff at Providence Hospice place for their caring and compassionate care of Ronald.Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
