Richard Aleman
November 21, 1952 – December 31, 2005
Richard Liendo Aleman Sr., 53 of Waco passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2005 at a local hospital. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 4, 2006 at St. Francis on the Brazos Catholic Church with Father Sergio Lopez as celebrant. Burial will follow at Oakwood cemetery. Rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. Tuesday at OakCrest Funeral Home followed by visitation with the family. Viewing will start at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. A memorial video honoring his life will be shown.
Known by his friends as " mad dog" he was born on November 21, 1952 in Waco to Apolonio and Herminia (Liendo) Aleman. Richard was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church and served on the LuLac Council #273. He worked for his fathers security company ( Aleman Security) for the past fifteen years at the La Fuente Ball Room. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Felix Aleman and sister, Abigail Aleman.
Richard is survived by his Fiancée, Mary Caldera of Waco; sister, Rachel Rivas and husband Agustin of Waco; son, Richard Aleman, Jr. of Waco; nephews, Alex Aleman and Pete Aleman both of Waco; nieces, Andrea Aleman, Margaret Aleman and Maria Aleman all of Waco; uncles, Joe B. Aleman of Waco and John ALeman of Houston; thirteen great-nieces and nephews and one great-great-niece, and a hot of cousins and friends.
