Ricky Marmino

Ricky Marmino, Jr., 21, passed away July 30, 2009. Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at China Spring Cemetery with Rev. Jim Drysdale and Rev. John Roberts officiating. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday at OakCrest Funeral Home.

Ricky recently graduated from China Spring High School. He was truly God's angel who taught us how to be humble. He left our home, but he will never leave our hearts.

He was preceded in death by his twin, Rick; sister, Jamie; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Michael J. Marmino, Sr., Virgina Roberts, Leon Leopard, Richard Leopard, and Elmer and Minnie Roberts; and great-grandmothers, Imogene Leopard, Lola Ashley, Elizabeth Floyd and Collie and Ethel Blassingame.

He is survived by his parents, Gregory and Lola Marmino; brothers, Bobbie and Kevin Marmino; step-brother, John Kitch II; step-sister, Tiffany Kitch; and grandparents, Martha and Johnny Bigham of China Spring, and Rev. John Roberts; and many cousins, aunts and uncles.

The family especially thanks Daybreak Community Services of Mexia, Dr. Mae Wong, nurse practioner Jean Herzog and staff, Sunny Day family, and the Lacy-Lakeview officers who administered CPR.
