Robert (Big Bobby) Menottis, Sr., 52, of Waco, passed away on Thursday morning, April 5, 2007 at Hillcrest Hospital.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Francis on the Brazos Catholic Church. The rosary will be recited 6 p.m. Sunday at OakCrest Funeral Home, followed by visitation with the family. A memorial video honoring his life will be shown during the visitation.

Bobby was born in Dallas to Steven and Betty (Samaniego) Menottis. For the past eight years, he worked at Manitou North America. He was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church.

He was a dedicated member of Waco Missions, Inc. where he constantly volunteered, especially cooking and doing carpentry. He enjoyed fishing in the Brazos River.

Bobby leaves his wife, Rhonda Menottis; daughter, Crystal Menottis; sons, Robert Menottis, Jr. and wife Kayla, Matthew Menottis, Gregory Menottis and wife Lolly, and Raymond Ochoa and wife Dawn; and eight grandchildren.
