Ronald B. Meek, 58 of West, formerly of Waco, passed away Sunday, Jan. 25, 2009.
Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at OakCrest Funeral Home with Msgr. Mark Deering officiating.
Ron Meek was born Aug. 26, 1950 in Waco to Anna Marie (Czichos) and Thomas G. Meek. He graduated from Reicher Catholic High School in 1968.
He received a bachelor's degree from the University of Houston and a law degree from Southwest Texas Law School. He was certified in family law and practiced in Central Texas for more than 20 years.
Ron was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Diana Sue Meek.
Survivors include his daughter, Laura Mayberry and husband, Aaron, of Carrollton; his mother Anna M. Meek of Waco; sister, Janet Kemp of Salado; nephew Travis Kemp of Waco; and niece Haley Kemp of Salado.
