Rose Davis

Rose Marie Davis, 49, of Waco, Texas, passed away Wednesday at her residence.

Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Apostolic Tabernacle Church, 6009 N. 19th Street, Waco, Texas, with Stephen Daywitt officiating.

She was born March 25, 1955, in West Plains, Mo., to Edwin and Martha (Jonston) Thompson. She married Eddy Davis on February 14, 1995.

Rose Marie was a very beautiful person who was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She adored her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother-in-law, Lewis Roberts.

She is survived by her husband, Eddy, of Waco; daughter, Joann Davis and husband Craig Wilson, and granddaughters, Tesa and Brandan Wilson; son, Joseph Davis; four sisters, Ruby Dunn and husband Kenneth of Waco; Betty Roberts; Jeanie Johnson and husband Kenneth; Linda Collins and husband Doyle, all of West Plains, Mo; and brother, Edwin Thompson and wife Anita of Cleveland, Texas.
