Rudolph Surita, age 53, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2007 at home. Christian services will be at 12 p.m., on Saturday, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.

Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Friday at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque, with the visitation at 6 p.m.

Rudolph was born February 3, 1953 in Waco to Margie and Roy Surita. He lived in Waco his entire life, and worked at his job as a painter for K & C Contracting for 25 years until he became ill.

Rudolph loved to spend time with his wife, Nati, and his entire family, sons, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He enjoyed cooking for his family on weekends and his home was always open to his family. Rudolph was also a member of the Waco Missions Club. He could always be depended on for voluntary work for the club. His hobbies included shooting pool, throwing darts, fishing, and cooking.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Margie and Roy; his sister, Gracie; his maternal grandparents, Tommie and Louis Fajardo, and his paternal grandparents, Eloisa and Willie Sanchez, and grandfather, Raymond Surita.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Natibida; sons, Michael and his fianc?e, Claudia Ramirez and Anthony and his fianc?e, Dana Moses; brother, Perry and wife, Madylene Surita; sisters, Evelyn Surita, Georgia O'Neil, Judy Surita, and Johnny Villafana, Teresa and husband, Ted Graves; and grandchildren, Michael, Lexie, Genesis, Heaven, Olivia, and step-granddaughters, Savanna Galvan and Isabella Ramirez.

Pallbearers will be Frank Gonzales, Gabriel Urive, Sr., Armando Fajardo, Steve Espinoza, Manuel Sanchez, and Bobby Silva.

The family especially appreciates the care given by VistaCare hospice.
