OBITUARY

Alma Ruth Hollingsworth Mayo, 75, of China Spring, went to be with her beloved husband on Friday, February 4, 2005.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, February 7, at OakCrest Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Hollingsworth officiating. Burial will follow in Point Enterprise Cemetery near Mexia.
Visitation with her family will be 10 a.m. to 12 noon Monday at OakCrest Funeral Home. Viewing will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Born April 30, 1929, Ruth was a loving homemaker who enjoyed cooking and genealogy. She will be remembered for her generosity and thoughtfulness toward her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvis Mayo.
Ruth leaves behind a daughter and son-in-law, Lana and Gayland Kapavik; granddaughter, Kari Kapavik, and grandson, Jared Kapavik.
Pallbearers will be Doc Grier, John D. Bradshaw, Larry Young, Lee Frazier, Roy Hollingsworth, and Tommy Hollingsworth.
