Samuel Dwayne Bounds, 40 of Waco passed away on July 19, 2004 in a local hospital.
Services are 11am Thursday at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
Sam was born on July 9, 1964 in Huntsville to Gordon Lindsey and Avis Naomi (Nutt) Bounds. He was united in marriage to Diane Gail on December 31, 1987.He was a volunteer fireman for about 3 years in Mexia, loved guitars and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife Diane; son, Samuel Wesley; daughter, Sarah Beth; sisters, Terry Lynn and Rhonda Jean; brother, Benjamin Gordon an several nieces, nephews and friends.
Sam was preceded in death by his mother and sister Elizabeth Irene.
He was a beloved husband, Father, brother and friend.
