SanJuanita "Janie" Sauseda Palacio, 70, of Waco, passed away July 28, 2012. The Rosary Service will be 6 p.m. Wednesday, August 1, at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Boulevard, by Deacon Greg George. Burial will be later at Pendleton Cemetery.
Janie was born in Moody to Jose and Celestina (Pina) Sauseda, and graduated from Moody High School. She had worked as a clerk at J.C. Penny.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Frankie Sauseda.
Her survivors include her son, Gilbert Palacio and wife, Veronica; three grandchildren, Emelio, Emerald, and Elijah Palacio; brothers, Raymond Sauseda, Gilbert Sauseda, and Marshall Sauseda and wife, Sherrie; sister, Josephine Lopez; and numerous nieces and nephews.
