Sergio Ramirez

Sergio N. Ramirez, 52, of Waco, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2016 at his residence surrounded by his family. Mass of Christian burial will be 1 p.m. Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with Rev. Benjamin Maynaye as celebrant.

Visitation will be Wednesday, February 10 at 6 p.m. and Rosary to be recited at 7 p.m. at OakCrest Funeral Home.

Sergio was born January 6, 1963 in Mexico to Eladio Ramirez and Juana Lopez Gonzales.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Rocio Margarita Ramirez; sons, Daniel Ramirez, Gabriel Ramirez and wife, Maria Barco, and Jorge Ramirez; grandchildren, Daniel Ramirez, Jr., Gabriel Ramirez, Jr., Abigail Ramirez, Cody Ramirez and Angel Ramirez; sister, Valentina Sanchez and husband, Javier.


“Our Father was an excellent role model. He made us who we are today. He was always there when we needed him, he taught us to be good people with proper manners. He worked hard to give us what we needed. He was an excellent husband to our mom, he loved her and was very caring for her. He will forever be with us in our hearts. We will never forget him!”
