Sherry Jean Graham, 69, of Waco, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on October 31, 2016. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 4 at 10 a.m., at OakCrest Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Brumit officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, November 3 from 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
Sherry was born on December 30, 1946 to Odell A.C. Smith and Betty Jean Cox in Waco. She was a former beautician for 50 plus years at several salons in the Waco area. She later retired to do what she loved best, and that was being MIMI, not only to her grandkids, but to many others.
Sherry was preceded in death by her parents; and her granddaughter, Megan Brittni Graham.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 46 years and love of her life, William “Bill” Graham; son, Billy Graham and wife, Jamie; daughter, Sheila Graham; grandchildren, Cody and Caitlynn Graham and Jaiden and Aliviah Graham; great-granddaughter, Emmy Graham; sister, Annie Buckingham and husband, Gene; and brother, Ted Edward Smith; along with numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Sherry’s family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Decine McDow and to Providence Hospice for their outstanding care.
Pallbearers will be Elias Sancillo, Terrance Hamilton, Gilbert Vela, Angel Gonzalez, Dwayne Pavelka, Jason Lanier and serving as an honorary pallbearer, Larry Shrum, Sr.
