Simon "Sam" Lopez, 80, of Waco, passed away
Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, at his residence. Mass of
Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, at
Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Lawrence
Solar as celebrant. Burial will follow at Holy Cross I
Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. Tuesday,
followed by visitation until 8 p.m. at OakCrest Funeral Home,
4520 Bosque Blvd.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Panteleon "Pete" Lopez,
Martha Lopez; brothers, Paul, Victor, and Don Lopez; and wife, Josie Lopez.
He is survived by his brothers, Joe, John, Esau
and Alex Lopez; and sister, Delia Lopez.
