Stacy Ann Espinoza, 36, of Osceola, passed away Saturday, August 28, 2010 at her residence. Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at OakCrest Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Willie Clarke officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, August 30, 2010 at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd.
Stacy was born November 10, 1973 in Collin County to Hilpolito Espinoza and Elida Salas Espinoza. She attended Mexia State School. For the past 11 years, Stacy lived with her foster mother, Mary Hawkins. She worked for the Heart of Texas Training Center in Waco for 8 years before she was employed at their Hillsboro facility for the past 11 years. Stacy enjoyed watching wrestling and golf tournaments on television. She recently received a set of golf clubs and was learning to play. She loved to dance especially to Country Western music. Stacy adored her two dogs, Honey and Ducky.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Stacy is survived by her foster mother, Mary Hawkins of Osceola; her mother and step-father of Florida; her sister, Mary Helen Ochoa of Waco; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Stacy is also survived by many friends who were like family at the Heart of Texas Region MHMR.
Pallbearers will be Daylon Ochoa, Deveraux Ochoa, Michael Ochoa, Pete Estrada, Justin Estrada and Joshua Soule'
