Suzanne Henshaw
Suzanne Henshaw, 71, of Waco, passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2013. Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 18, at the Oakwood Cemetery Columbarium with Durwood Herbelen
Suzanne was born in Arkansas. At the age of two her aunt and uncle took over guardianship in Beaumont, TX, where she was christened. She moved with her aunt and uncle to Tennessee. There she married William Franklin Henshaw in 1982, and after that they came to Waco. She received her GED at TSTC in 1991. Her husband died in 2000 in Waco. Suzanne worked faithfully in the cafeteria at Waco High School until 2012.
Suzanne really loved country and western classics, being around people, and her cat Bitsy. She always had a Bible story on her lips ready to share. Her favorite book of the Bible was Proverbs.
Her friends are grateful to the caring staff at Jeffrey Place who provided care.
