Timothy Phillips, 29, of Waco, died in a tragic motorcycle accident Thursday, April 26, 2012 in Waco. A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, April 28, 2012 at his residence, 5706 Hawthorne Waco, TX 76710.

Timothy was born March 10, 1983 in Georgia. He was a graduate of ATI where he received his HVAC certification. He was currenly employed at Caterpillar as an assembler. He was in the process of enrolling at ITT Tech to complete his business degree. Timothy had dreams of one day owning his own HVAC business. He adored his family and spent every non working hour with them. Timothy would quickly lend a helping hand to any family member or friend. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten.

He is survived by his wife, Marjorie Phillips of Waco; his children, Glitter Torres, Anthony Torres and Alyssa Torres all of Waco and Christian Phillips and Matthias Phillips both of San Marcos; his parents, Ann and Thomas Stewart of Florida; his sister, Amanda Phillips of Florida; numerous uncles, aunts and cousins; and a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be directed to any charity that benefits children, especially abused children.
