Tony Sellers

Tony Sellers, 58, surrounded by those he loved, received his blessing of eternal life with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Sunday, August 17, 2003 at his residence in Waco.

Heaven rejoiced as he joined the loved ones who had passed before, while those he left behind celebrate the boundless peace and joy that is his reward.

Graveside services will be at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday at Lorena Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd.

Tony was born on April 4, 1945 in San Angelo, Texas. He spent much of his youth in San Angelo, later moving to Waco. It was in Waco that he started his family with his two eldest children, Lori and Tony Michael. Later, having moved to Tyler, Tony's family grew with the birth of his youngest son, Stephen. His life was made complete when he married his partner and soul mate, Cindy. Together, they shared life's blessings and challenges with unwavering devotion to each other.

Tony was met in heaven by his mother and father. There he waits to be joined by his beloved family: wife, Cindy Sellers; daughter, Lori Sellers; sons Tony and Stephen Sellers; stepson, Tom Stanfield; daughters in law, Rachael Mussett, Amy Sellers and Sherri Stanfield; granddaughter, Lauren Victoria Stanfield; sisters, Mary Ellen Scott, Virgina Barnard and Joyce Garrett and his many loving brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
