Victoria Herrera

Victoria Herrera, 44, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2012. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 31, 2012 at OakCrest Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Robinson Cemetery. Prayer service will be 7 p.m. Friday at OakCrest Funeral Home Chapel.



Victoria Herrera was born on Jan 28, 1968 in Waco, to Mike and Mary Herrera. At a young age, she started a family and moved to Houston. They lived a good life until tragedy struck and lost her husband, Jesus Hernandez, when she moved back to Waco. With the help of her family she raised her kids. She didn't have all the money in the world, but she did her best to provide what was needed, not what was wanted. Vicki was always ready to lend a helping hand and ready to cook you a meal. She always had snacks and sweets ready for you when you were done.

Vicki was an awesome wife, mother, sister, cousin, and friend to all.

She was preceded in death by, Mike Herrera, Mary Herrera, Amanda Herrera, and Brenda Herrera.

Survivors include her beloved, Johnny Joe Hernandez, Jessica Herrera, Patricia Herrera, Joe Herrera, Vicki Herrera, Carol Herrera, and Ernest Herrera; brothers, Mike Herrera Jr., and John Herrera; sisters, Lydia Herrera, Maria Casiano, Carolina Gonzales, and Patricia Munoz;

Grandchildren: Abigail, Angel, Mathis, Eli, Angelo, Saumerra, Alizay, Anayiah, Alyssa, Tre Tre, Lilly Joe Joe, DeMarcus, Kivi, Kaylee and Amarii..

Pallbearers will be Mike Herrera, Moses Herrera, Leonard Ortega, Robert Sinkler, Jorge Ramirez, Josh Colon.
