Walter V. Studenko
July 20, 1949 - November 2, 2012
Walter Vladimir Studenko passed away at a local hospital, Friday, November 2, 2012. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 5, at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 - 6 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Boulevard.
Walter was born in Caracas, Venezuela and immigrated to the United States in 1957, settling in New Jersey. The Army brought Walter to Texas where he eventually settled and started a family. He was the owner of a foreign car repair shop, A+ Foreign Car Service. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed spending time at his deer lease.
He is survived by his wife Cynthia, son I. Scott Studenko of Dallas, daughter Cynthia Lynne Forrest of Houston, sister Martha Studenko of Howell, NJ, numerous nieces and nephews, as well as many, many friends.
