William Leroy (Billy Roy) Hill passed away Saturday, October 10, 2015 at Providence Hospital. A service will be held later.
Billy Roy was born in Waco, and graduated from University High School. He married Libby Hill on June 1, 1968. He worked in the Traffic Division of the City of Waco for 35 years. He loved to hunt, fish, and spend time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Libby Hill; sons, Randy Hill and Billy Hill, and many grandchildren.
