William Allen Link , 68, passed away Saturday, January 17, 2015. Memorial Service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Abundant New Life Church, 1905 Monte Vista St.

William Allen Link was born September 9, 1946 in Waco, Tx. He married Shirley Wood and they spent several wonderful years together. William was a truck driver for Martin Transportation, where he would ultimately retire. William was also an avid fisherman. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn (Hayes) Lee
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Link; sons, William Earl Link of Mineral Wells, Joseph Scott Link and Jonathan Clay Link; daughter, Paula Renee Thompson and husband, David of Lavernia; brother, Sammie Aston and wife, Patti, Abilene ; sisters, Clydean Heatly and husband, Mike, Breckenridge, Evelyne Miller and husband, Jarrett , North Richland Hills; 7 grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
