William Scott

William Lee Scott, 74, of Waco went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, March 2, 2013. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at Chapel Hill Memorial Park with Pastor Donald Scott officiating.

William was born to Virgil and Geneva Rhoades Scott on September 13, 1938 in Waco. He married the love of his life, Frances Tanksley, on September 17, 1965 in Fort Worth, TX. William was a Bails Bondsmen for several years in the Waco community, in which he also was a devoted Mason.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Virgil and Geneva Scott, sons; Stanley and Randall Scott, brothers; Virgil and Bobby Scott.

He is survived by his beloved wife; Frances Tanksley Scott; daughters, Lisa Scott Donley, Terry Gomez and husband, Matthew; sons, Terry Maxwell and wife, Nancy, Michael German and wife, Sonya; grandchildren, Chad, Jake, Justin, Jenna, Brittany
and Haleigh; and 3 great grandchildren.
