William F. (Bill) Woycheshin
, 84, passed away on August 7, 2022, at his home after a lengthy illness. William was born in Marlin, TX to Frank and Maggie Woycheshin. They later moved to Waco where he grew up and attended school.

In 1961 Bill enlisted in the Air Force and served 4 years in Lincoln, NE where he met his wife Dorothy and were married 58 years. While serving in the military their son Douglas was born and after service moved to Waco, TX to start a new life and raise 4 sons - Doug, Joe, Greg, and Billy.

Bill was employed many years in the floor covering and interior decorating business in sales and workmanship and later went to work at Plantation Foods as a warehouse supervisor.

As a family they spent many weekends at the lake fishing, boating, and camping. Bill loved the outdoors and gardening and growing various veggies too. Some of his favorite pastimes were watching NASCAR on TV, football games, and anything sports.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Frank, and Maggie Woycheshin; his brother, Floyd Woycheshin; sister, Evelyn Coffee; and two sons, Joe Woycheshin and Greg Woycheshin.

Pallbearers will be Floyd Woycheshin, Paul Coffee, Bennett Sherman, David Dees, Doug Woycheshin, and Billy Woycheshin.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy; son, Doug Woycheshin and wife, Gena of Hewitt, TX, and Billy Woycheshin and wife, Nikki; grandson, Evan Woycheshin of Waco, TX; and granddaughters, Makenzie Woycheshin, Heather Woycheshin, and Haleigh Woycheshin; sister-in-law, Mary Leidig; and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, Carl Coffee of Teague, TX, and Mike Heng and Oscar Heng and wife Wilma, of Nebraska; and many nieces and nephews in Nebraska.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, Aug 11, 2022 from 6 to 8 p.m. with rosary being recited at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held Friday, Aug 12, at 10 a.m. at St. Louis Catholic Church in Waco, TX, burial at Waco Memorial Park.
