Juanita Luera Salazar, 77, of Waco went to be with the Lord Jan 12th, 2017.

Juanita was born August 29, 1939 in San Diego, TX. She was seen as a mom by everyone she met. She loved making flour tortillas and feeding everyone including her dogs, cats and birds. No one ever left her house without eating. She enjoyed dressing up and wearing beautiful perfume that everyone could smell. During her free time she enjoyed listening to music, and spending time with her family and friends. She was always willing to help anyone she could. She will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbardo Salazar and her son, Alex Salazar.

She is survived by her children, Rosita Macias, Chris Salazar, Daniel and Felicia Salazar, Roman and Carmen Salazar, Sofia and Paul Guajardo all of Waco, Eduardo and Deya Salazar of Muscatine, IA and
Antonio and Laura Salazar of Kettelman City, CA; 28 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.
