The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Clara Howington can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Coke time with Grandma

In high school I worked over near Grandmas house. On break I would pick up Long John Silver and take lunch for both of us over to Grandmas. We would eat and visit and have a good time. Grandma always had coke in the fridge for when I came by. We would sit at the table and talk about classes, life, everything. Then when I went off to college we shared letters back and forth till I could come in for a visit and our special coke time. A very special memory of a very special woman.
